The D&T Run organization will lead and own a resilient and secure technology landscape at agreed service levels, at lowest cost, securely and compliantly, while improving performance.The Technology Engagement team is responsible for ensuring that all services required at a Diageo sites are delivered as agreed with continuous improvement and to deliver successful day to day business engagement.The **D&T Technology Engagement Analyst **is a business-facing role with a requirement for technical understanding, but more meaningfully, the ability to understand and communicate effectively with the business. The role supports communicate effectively with the business. The role supports communication and adoption of new technologies across the Diageo employee base. Leveraging other D&T teams, this role drives service improvement and addresses business requirements. The role proactively acts as service champion and conduit for new tech deployment, on-going service, support, stability and compliance across a geographic remit.**This role ensures that**:D&T has the appropriate engagement at all levels with their locations. Where projects are being delivered at the site that D&T is involved and ensure that any technology being delivered is aligned with the tech standards that are in place. That all systems, servers, and PLC devices follows Diageo standards and guidelines, and we have mitigated all cyber risks as appropriateThe Technology Engagement Analyst will collaborate with the Business, and other relevant D&T teams to ensure any new initiatives follow Diageo Standards and Guidelines and all IS related activities have followed all of the associated D&T processes.**Role Responsibilities**:- Be the face of D&T at their locations and support the D&T Plan business partner with engagement for their locations
