Técnico Tooling Cnc

JOB SUMMARYResponsible for planning CNC tooling working hours. Maintain the workforce 5S. Handle exceptions and urgent cases, providing feedback. Ensure compliance with company regulations and policies, and ensure all processes comply with equipment instruction standards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOn a daily basis, responsible for arranging workload for CNC machine processing via MPMS system monitor.Validate examination data and tooling parts production via CAM programming.Audit CNC machinery maintenance status per maintenance records.Assist supervisor in building long-term solutions for exceptions and quality control.Assist supervisor in improving team productivity.Assure improvements in exceptions.May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.JOB QUALIFICATIONSKNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTSFamiliar with operating and maintaining CNC milling machines and EROWA jigs.Familiar with tool structure and drawings.Familiar with CNC manufacturing processes.Ability to handle emergencies and arrange daily work.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSCollege degree or above.6 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
