In this role, you will provide information to our customers about their transactions and resolve general queries they may have.Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer service through phone interactions, ensuring a positive experience in every call.Utilize active listening and professional telephone etiquette to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.Process money transfers, bill payments, and mobile top-ups accurately, providing clear and complete information as needed.Apply efficient strategies to manage and resolve telephone-based tasks and challenges.Maintain a professional demeanor and understand the importance of a positive attitude when handling customer interactions.Manage job-related stress effectively while addressing and resolving situations with upset or distressed customers.Qualifications:Excellent language skills in both Spanish and English.Excellent communication skills.Basic computer research skills.Ability to manage difficult calls in situations with upset customers.Benefits: Our package includes a competitive monthly salary of $16,000 gross for a medium level of English, 5% food vouchers, a 30-day bonus, 15 days of initial vacation, life insurance, free access to our gym, a dynamic and collaborative work environment, cutting-edge tools and technology to make work easier, and free English and French classes.
