**About the Role**
At Uber, our Territory teams are essential to bringing our global product to life in local markets. As a **Territory Lead** for Uber Eats in Mexico, you'll have a unique opportunity to shape the future of Uber Eats in the Caribbean Market.
In this role, you'll lead a team of Account Managers and Analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop strategies that drive growth and improve the user experience. Your vision and leadership will help maintain market penetration, enhance customer service, and build lasting loyalty.
**What You'll Do**:
- **Lead your market**: Spend time in your territory to understand local needs, meet with key partners, and ensure strong market connections.
- **Build relationships**: Expand our network of restaurant partners, guide their development, and ensure the highest quality service for Uber Eats users.
- **Collaborate across teams**: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Policy, and other teams to roll out new processes and products.
