We are currently looking for a TEST COORDINATORWhat you´ll be doing:Global Technology Services Enterprise Cloud & Computer Operations Group (GTS-ECCO) provides technology solutions and platforms supporting Global Banking & Markets (GBM), Global Risk Management (GRM), as well as Canadian & International Banking. We serve 21 million customers across 55 countries and almost 87,000 employees.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Coordinate the set-up, execution and support of test batch cycles in all environments while assisting in detailed diagnosis and resolution of batch problems of moderate to high complexity.Escalation and follow up of problems impacting the completion of testing batch.Identify, document, recommend and implement solutions to streamline existing batch processes.Review of statistical information, identifying problems and trends that are reducing the efficiency and effectiveness of the area and implementation of solutions to correct.Maintaining a detailed knowledge of test batch performance capabilities.The Coordinator is part of a team that operates 15+ hours a day (Mondays - Fridays) across two shifts on a rotating basis of days and evenings. There are some extended hours or weekend work with little or no advance notification.
