Test Engineer

Join us and be part of the expert team of problem solvers working to connect the world.The role of the Program Manager is located in Guadalajara, Jalisco.The Test Engineer is responsible to support and improve yields.**What You Will Do In Your Role**- ICT and FT knowledge to keep equipment alive 100% of the time.- Execution of Maintenance Plan, and preventive actions.- Work with all departments to align the tester failures.- Reports based on statistical Data Analysis, paretos, box plots, cpk, pivot table- Handle Production Meeting, Scrap Meeting in daily bases with team.- FA generation and expose to US group if necessary- Spare Parts keep doing quote and Purchase and follow up multiples items.- Keep the line running- Root cause analysis manage tools- Attend scalation calls at any time and day.**The Experience You Will Bring****Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineer or Mechatronic Engineer- Advance English level- 5 years of experience in a similar position- Knowledge in problem solving tools- Knowledge in statistical data management
