The Test Engineer must focus on improving End Of Line Tester Yield (EOL) while working together with Quality Engineers, Process Engineers, and Manufacturing Cells. The role is also responsible for ensuring that any New Product Introduction is validated against Test Specifications and launched according to defined timelines, as well as the development of Cost Reduction Project Initiatives.Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)EOL Tester Time Out Reduction.Improve End of Line Yield Testers.Development of Maintenance Routines.End of Line Tester Procedures development.Lead Cost Reduction Projects.Improvement / Automation of current EOL Tester and devices.Optimization of Tester Routing Sequence to improve productivity.Improve Traceability protocol to update parameters database.Support and work with Focus Factory Manager to ensure New Products meet Product Specifications.Improve / Maintain 5'S on EOL Tester Area.ICT management.Leading Test Technicians team.Minimum Requirements2 years of experience in similar roles.We value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
