As a Test Engineer in the Electronic Industry at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electronic products through effective test engineering practices.
Your expertise in test methodologies and tools, coupled with your strong problem-solving and analytical skills, will be instrumental in developing and executing test plans and procedures.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications and analyze test results to provide valuable insights and recommendations for product improvements.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and coordinate the testing activities for assigned projects
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements
- Provide technical guidance and support to test engineers,
- Review circuit board designs for testability requirements.
- Support manufacturing with failure analysis, tester debugging, reduction of intermittent failures, and downtime of test equipment.
- Generate reports and analysis of test data and prepare documentation and recommendations.
- Provide Preventive and Corrective Maintenance to all production test equipment.
- Design, and direct engineering and technical personnel in the fabrication of testing and test control apparatus and equipment.
- Direct and coordinate engineering activities concerned with the development, procurement, installation, and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices required to test, record, and reduce test data.
- Provide training in new procedures to production testing staff.
- ICT & Functional Test, database, networking knowledge.
Develop LabVIEW based test programs and troubleshoot existing LabVIEW programs.
MSA/SPC Knowledge
**YOU MUST HAVE**
Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or other related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in test engineering in the electronic industry
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies and tools
- Experience in developing and executing test plans and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with electronic equipment such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators / analyzers.
- High-level programming languages such Visual Basic, Labview, C and.NET.
- Electrical engineering skills, including schematic review, circuit theory, and circuit design.
