Tools Support Specialist

**Job Title**: Tools Support Specialist**Job title**:Tools Support Specialist**In this role, you have the opportunity to**Control the End to End related Tools for Engineers at field, calibration control, documental control, OOT (out od tolerance process) and give support to the engineering team.**You are responsible for (but not limited to)**- Tool management for all field personnel- Identify based on controls who requires tool returns- Send backup tools to field engineers- Work with all suppliers to coordinate calibrations with the different laboratories.- Warehouse control since there is a warehouse in the office.- Sending all the necessary materials to the people in the field (uniforms, tools, labels, etc), so it requires a lot of management and creation of guides with packages.**You're the right fit if you**:- Finished your University Degree- Have experience handling of tools that require annual calibration.- Have experience with physical, virtual folder control and vendor management- Physical and system inventory management- Have done analysis of demand for tools with respect to field operation.- Have advanced English, preferably able to carry on a conversation.- Have Good Excel skills- High level of follow up**We are looking for someone with the following soft skills**:- Proactivity- Working under pressure- Results oriented- Team player**About Philips**We are a health technology company.
