At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.**Learn more about our culture and life at PepsiCo**:- Responsible for suporting and developing a new variable compensation design that supports the Supply Chain transformation in Mexico country through understanding of the local needs, legal risks, opportunities in career structure and total cash package.- Responsible for conducting and supporting the countries to make a market research in order to verify the competitiveness of the local total cash packages. Identifying opportunities in the Pay Mix, total cash and level structure.- Responsible for deploying compensation training programs for all Mexico country, focusing on compensation capabilities development. The capability development needs to provide knowledge of the total cash and pay mix analysis, the main metrics identified for the business, job structure opportunities for sales and operations areas.- Partner with RMs, HRs and Business Leaders to provide insight and guidance on compensation trends, strategies, programs, policies, global guidelines, people cost, governance, that affect the frontline sales and operation associates (Providing consultation)- Lead the roll out, communication and ongoing administration of new and existing TR programs- Design, redesign and implement compensation programs for Sales & Operations Positions- Identify TR capability needs, develop capability materials, train HR Business Partners and Line managers with regional necessities- Ensures seamless alignment of compensation designs, policies and processes with COEs guidelines
