This ensures a pleasantly relaxed driving experience without rough strokes – no matter whether occupants drive for themselves or are being driven autonomously.We are looking to hire a Traffic Specialist to join our team at Toluca.Responsibilities:Expedite the traffic of materials and components: Follow up on the transit process of materials and components from the supplier's plant to their entry into the company.Monitoring of import and export procedures: Coordinate and expedite with customs agents the processing and issuance of import and export documents, as well as the preparation of documents for said procedure.Approval of invoices from transport companies and customs agents: You must authorize invoices from transporters and customs agents, classifying them by project and prorating them.Control of extraordinary freight: Develop and maintain a control system for extraordinary freight, both those generated internally and by third parties. It will report the latter to the purchasing and accounting areas for the recovery of said expenses.Reduce the costs of bringing materials and components: Take the necessary actions to reduce these costs together with the purchasing areas, materials programming, transporters and customs agents.Correct application of the IMMEX, PROSEC and Free Trade Agreement programs: Coordinate and follow up with customs agents on the application of the IMMEX, PROSEC, and free trade agreements with which the company works.Inform customs agents which program or preferential tariff will be used for each import and export, as well as the sending and obtaining of the documentation required for its correct application.Procedures: Preparation of requests for payment of taxes, letters for customs agents and sending documents for release of land, sea and air shipments.Participate in training events: Ensure training for 100% of assigned personnel, based on the defined needs matrix
