Regularly conducts spot checks and implements effective means of measuring, monitoring and evaluating the success of training programs- Conducts & evaluates all onboarding and on-the-job training- Build training policies, procedures, and internal knowledge bases- Prepares the Annual Training Plan and monitors its actualization- Review student's feedback with the leadership team and ensure appropriate corrective action is takenWhat we can offer you:- Full-time remote collaboration.- A comfortable digital office.
