.**Job Position**:**TRAINING SUPERVISOR****Belongs to**:**Area**:**Reports to**:HUMAN RESOURCESOrganizational Development & StaffingHR Sr Manager**In charge of**:- **Job Objective**:- Manage all training programs of Cetelem according to the organizational strategy and regulatory requirements to foster a continuous learning culture and to help the professional development of the employees of Cetelem.- **Main Responsibilities**- Detect annual training needs and perform Cetelem´s annual training plan according to the organizational strategy, regulatory needs, budget, internal policy and BNP Paribas Group´s standard to foster a continuous learning culture by designing and performing internal training courses (instructional design) or identifying and coordinating external providers with professional contents.- Coordinate the SWP (Strategic Workforce Planning), upskilling and reskilling programs according to BNP Paribas guidelines and schedule to anticipate training and staffing needs based on future challenges.- Design and execute the annual leadership training strategy considering the training needs, organizational strategy and BNP Paribas group strategy to keep the required level of skills and knowledge of Cetelem´s leadership team.- Manage the master´s degree, postgraduate and specialized courses scholarship program and the language training program according to internal policy and budget.- Execute the onboarding program for new employees to guarantee the best possible newcomer experience.- Execute and supervise the local and BNP Paribas Group´s mandatory training programs.- Guarantee the reporting of training information in due time and manner to STPS, IG, HR Management, Training courses solicitants, Unions and regulatory or auditory organisms, also coordinate and register the Training Mixt Commission of Cetelem.- **Required Education/Qualifications**:- Bachelor´s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Psychology or similar.- **Required Work Experience**:**Indispensable**:- **+3 Years as Training Manager**:- **+2 Years in Instructional design**:- **+3 Years dealing with training external providers**:- +3 Years with leadership training programs**Important**:- Onboarding program experience- Experience with unions- Regulatory training experience in financial institutions
