Be a part of a global community on a mission to make a real impact.**Position Overview****Key Responsibilities**- Deliver consistent, high quality, and engaging training to external and internal groups through webinars, virtual, and in-person sessions.- Articulate information and concepts verbally and in writing to every level of corporate hierarchy, including senior stakeholders.- Mentor, support and work collaboratively with the team.- Develop and maintain internal and external training programs for new recruits and Tier 1 clients/end users- Be responsible for team building and development exercises/sessions.- Escalation handling when required.- Assist with creating learning resources, then update based on feedback, data analytics, and product enhancements.- Work efficiently and manage projects ensuring delivery within required timelines.- Develop and maintain training documentation delivery guidelines.- Collaborate with internal teams to keep current on product and industry changes.- Consistently review and develop best practices within region.**Required Experience/Skills**- 3+ years of experience in people management- Recognizes cultural differences and applies flexible approach as and when necessary to deliver desired results- Good leadership skills- Strong planning, time management and organizational skills**What Diligent Offers You**- **Creativity is ingrained in our culture.** We are innovative collaborators by nature.
