**Responsibilities**
- Process transactions that have complied with Ria's policies, state, and federal regulations.
- Escalate general reports of potential consumer fraud trends and suspicious activities. Risk assessment when approving transactions with red flags. Maintain constant communication with customers, both inbound and outbound calls.
**Qualifications**
- Customer service experience.
- Availability to work weekends.
- English proficiency: ADVANCED.
- High school diploma or equivalent. More education or experience may be preferred.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
- Strong time management and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability and accountability to build a career within the company.
- Schedule availability.
