Monitor and control all budgeted product expenditure.- Manage changing priorities and quickly adjusting to new directions.- Maintain global and regional learning translation roadmap.- Document and maintain support documentation such as translation processes, standards and guidelines etc.- Manage relationship with validators and pipeline.- This person will work with the team to fully understand the needs of the stakeholder.- Technical capability to manage PEMT (Post Editing Machine Translation) within an online platform.- Ensure source and published translated assets are housed on IHG platforms.- Develop strong relationship with the localization COE and IHG preferred suppliers to ensure alignment with overall IHG localization strategy.- Identity opportunities for process improvement insights that would benefit team.**What we need from you**Education- Bachelor's degree or equivalent international degree or comparable work experienceExperience- 3 or more years of experience working coordinating projects across multiple concurrent projects- Experience with multi-national / global organizations- Learning backgroundTechnical Skills and Knowledge- Strong project coordination skills required.- Ability to prioritize work within multiple projects simultaneously and quickly change directions based on changing needs and priorities.- Develop and document processes and procedures for workflow.- Ability to maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders.- English and Spanish required
