We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Travel Support Specialists to assist our sales agents in finding the best flight options and creating seamless travel experiences for our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the sales team by providing comprehensive flight options and pricing details.
- Create, adjust, and cancel reservations as per client requests.
- Utilize GDS system (Sabre) proficiently to facilitate bookings and itinerary adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with team members to identify and secure the most suitable travel deals.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to solve complex problems using logical reasoning and analytical skills;
- Quick at learning new systems and adaptable to changing situations.
- Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of client requests.
- Willingness to assist and collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
