E- valuate, develop, process, and execute all franchising transactions involving Sales & Service Agreements in a timely manner. S- erve as a single point of contact and resource for the Field team and Dealers regarding franchise related issues. A- ssist in resolving complex issues related to transitions in ownership and/or multiple locations for franchised dealerships. E- nsure close collaboration and communication in achievement of goals with the field team, Franchising Coordinator, Retail Network Contracts Manager, Rep Planning, Office of General Consuel (OGC), Finance, Ford Customer Service Division, Ford Land, Ford Credit, and all components affecting dealer related actions E- nsure Retail Network actions comply with State Franchise laws and are consistent with established, uniformly applied policies and accomplishes intended result of Regional recommendations. E- nsure newly appointed or terminated Dealer commitments and contractual obligations are fulfilled. E- valuate and ensure Resignation Benefits (parts returns, vehicle repurchases, signs) for resigning Dealers are appropriate. Coordinate collection and/or assignment of account balances due Ford Motor Company by resigned/terminated dealers
