The position aims to ensure that projects are based on user needs, have clear business strategies, and solve well-defined problems.Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated UX Researcher to join us.
The ideal candidate will assist teams in executing high-quality research to guide data-driven decision-making for user experience.
Additionally, the role involves creating research process guidelines, centralizing research findings, and facilitating communication between users and teams for effective collaboration.ResponsibilitiesSupport research planning based on product phase, stakeholder needs, and available time.Understand research objectives and identify ideal methods.Recruit or provide users for studies based on defined criteria.Conduct qualitative and quantitative research techniques such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and focus groups, including data collection and analysis.Identify, analyze, and interpret data to formulate valuable insights and recommendations.Develop user insights and business-context-based recommendations.Develop user personas, journey maps, and other documentation to illustrate research findings.Create reports and present findings to various audiences, including senior executives, developers, and UX teams.Collaborate with product teams to design, execute, and improve innovative, user-centered solutions.Share knowledge and experiences within and beyond the research team.Stay updated on UX research trends and best practices.RequirementsA degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Design, Journalism, Engineering, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in user research with expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods.Proficiency with UX research tools (e.G., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail).Strong analytical and communication skills.Fluency in Spanish (English and/or Portuguese is a plus).Nice to HaveExperience working in Agile environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
