**The Opportunity**
As a Veeva Software Developer, you'll you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, develop, and implement solutions using Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault. You will be building custom functionalities, integrating with external systems, and ensuring seamless data synchronization between Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality software solutions within project timelines.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and develop for Veeva and/or Veeva Vault based digital products and continuously delivers enhancements
- Integrate Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault with external systems to ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization. Develop and maintain data integration workflows, APIs, and connectors to facilitate the flow of information between systems.
- Customize and configure Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault to meet specific business requirements. Develop custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules to support the desired functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. Participate in design discussions, provide technical insights, and propose efficient and scalable solutions.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to identify and address any defects or issues.
- Work collaboratively with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
**Skills and Qualifications**
**Required**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related study, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience developing software (any object oriented programming language like Java, C#, etc.) with orientation towards or aptitude to learn Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and actively participate in design discussions and code reviews.
- Ability to use English in both verbal and written communication.
