**Ford Champs **will allow to get to now different business areas through 12 to 24 months, while you improve your skills and become a better professional.

The **VEME Ford Champ **will assist the integration of the relevant inputs, including Engine & Transmission Hardware, Engine and Transmission Calibration, Brakes, Wheels and Tires, Suspension, Steering, Body Exterior, Body Interior, Studio and Marketing; in support of Thermal Systems Engineering, Fuel Economy & Performance Feel attributes.

What you´ll need:

- Good understanding of vehicle energy usage.
- Good understanding of powertrain systems functionality and efficiency improvement, including ICE and xHEV powerpacks.
- Good understanding of non-powertrain systems, e.g., brakes, steering, tires, underbody shields, among others.
- Good communication skills in spanish & english.
- Familiar with MS Office.
- Matlab basic programming
