A person who invests deeply in their work is curious, and eager to learn with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and active listening abilities will succeed with us.**Responsibilities**:- Video Editing: Proficient in editing various formats (B-Roll, whiteboard, motion graphics, tutorials) using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.- Graphic Design & Animation: Skilled in creating animations and visual elements with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Blender.- Content Optimization: Optimize videos for social media platforms, ensuring proper aspect ratios, resolution, and length.- Collaboration: Work with marketing and the Owner to conceptualize, execute, and align video projects with brand guidelines.- File Management: Organize project files, manage workflows, and troubleshoot technical issues.- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on video production trends to enhance content quality and engagement.- Project Management: Handle multiple creative projects, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Brand Consistency: Maintain and develop design standards and brand identity across all projects**Requirements**:- Must have digital design experience.- Must understand digital best practices.- At least 5 years of graphic design/video editing experience, expert knowledge in Adobe- Designers must be available on relatively short notice and willing to work during the Arizona time zone.- Hard worker, good work ethic, honest, organized, punctual with deadlines
