Virtual Medical Biller Coder

The starting pay for this position is between $600-$700 a month depending on experience. There is opportunity for raises based on job performance. This is a great opportunity for a long term job in the medical field with opportunity for growth.**Requirements**:- **Fluent in English and Spanish **(verbal and written communication skills)- Strong data entry skills with **attention to detail**:- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide excellent service- Experience in the Medical field preferred.- **Reliable internet** connection- Knowledge of EMRs (ours is EClinical Works)**Experience**- 1+ year of experience in medical billing coding- Must possess knowledge of ICD-10-CM, PCS, CPT/ HCPCS, severity of Illness, and Risk of Mortality code and Query the Physicians, as appropriate.- Must know of and be able to code all types of patient medical records- Must know anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, surgical terminology, pharmacological terminology, and patient care documentation terminology.- Must have the analytical ability necessary to interpret data contained in records and to assign appropriate codes.- Must be able to communicate effectively and have excellent customer service skills.- Requires the ability to work well independently and demonstrate independent decision-making abilities.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $45.00 - $55.00 la horaHoras previstas: 40 por semanaLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
