We are a fully virtual team, spread across multiple continents, bringing together a wealth of expertise in mobile device management and support.What you will do :Manage Mobile Device Fleet: Oversee and support a large mobile device fleet consisting of approximately 10,000 Android devices and 95,000 iPhones and iPads.MDM Expertise: Utilize and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools, specifically Jamf Pro for Apple devices and Microsoft Intune for Android devices, to ensure secure and efficient device management.Device Support: Provide advanced technical support for mobile devices, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.Mobile Security: Implement and enforce mobile security policies to protect devices from threats and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.Collaboration: Work closely with a global, fully virtual team to coordinate support, share knowledge, and develop best practices for mobile device management.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to device management processes, security protocols, and support procedures.Training and Development: Educate team members and end-users on mobile device usage, security practices, and troubleshooting techniques.What you bring :Complete mastery of English language to communicate daily with global team members.Must be located in Monterrey, Mexico to attend office 3 days a week.MDM Proficiency: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools, specifically Jamf Pro for Apple devices and Microsoft Intune for Android devices.Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of mobile device support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues for both Android and iOS platforms.Mobile Security Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of mobile security best practices, including the implementation and management of security policies to safeguard devices and data.Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders.We build breakthroughs togetherSAP innovations help more than 400,000 customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively
