- Maintain a clean and highly organized area, and participate in Lean Manufacturing 5S activitiesand projects.
- Responsible for following implementation of DMD´s / VVT´s / and general specifications requestedfor VS.
- Support quality / customer audits.
- Support fixtures and tools: Designing, acceptance validation, release andimplementation on production process.
- Support validation of new part number implementations and new lines launches.
- Eliminate non-valued added activities.Maintain constant communication with CN colleagues to understand changes and newrequirements and communicate them to MFP group.
- Identify gaps, improvement opportunities and vulnerabilities in process and provide training forengineers and technicians to solve them and implement these trainings and actions in a systematicway.
- Authority and responsibility to initiate action to prevent nonconformity, identify and record allproblems relating to the vision system technology safety and quality system, initiate orrecommend solutions, verify the effectiveness of the solutions and control further processing ordelivery of the non-conformance until it has been resolved.QualificationsEDUCATION: Bachelor´s degree in Mechatronics / ElectronicLANGUAGE: English advancedSKILLS:
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and a commitment to continuous learning andimprovement.
- Requires 2+ years in vision system technology:Asentics Pulsoft S10Cognex Easybuilder / InsightExplorerManta RearViewPlusGoldLuckOMRON VT-X750 / RVS X-Ray
- Interpretation of technical drawings.
- Knowledge in traceability systems (MES, MIS).
- Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
