Visual Merchandising Coordinator

MAIN PURPOSE Ensure Cartier POS visual appearance is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
Implementing guidelines and strategize new organization of product display depending on events, client typology, POS location, etc PROFILE Bachelor degree in desigshion, marketing or similar 2 years as visual merchandiser in retar luxury branuent in English and Spanish required.
Willingness to travel Skills:Creative and innovative thinker,strong communication and high organizational skills KEY RESPONSABILITIES Budgeting and Purchasillow budger annual expenditure on image and Point of Sale Materials (display, visuals, stands, trays, etc).Controls stock lever all in store presentation material Implementing and Training Change display to promote new product launches and reflestive or seasonal themes.
According toHQ/Local strategy.
Elaborate comprehensive material to guide and conducts traininr implementation in POS of the different display animations among the year.
Report properly to HQ the implementation in all POS.
Auditing and Animating Visit each POS 3 times per year and assure counters and showcases are set up properly at all times, ensuring uniformity of display across multiple POS locations.
Audits store image in POS to ensure implementation of guidelines, test knowledge of guidelines, and conduct training aimr sales staff on guidelines.
Scouts marker Image improvement opportunities (rnal visuals, local merchandising competencies).
Design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy aligned with local Marketing and Commercial objectives.
Coordinate and implement POS animatiocus on client treatment
