**Key Responsibilities**:1.
Client and Supplier Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of any issues or concerns.3.
Supplier Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of new suppliers onto the VMS, ensuring they are adequately informed and trained on the system.4.
KPI Tracking: Monitor and track supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal performance and adherence to agreed standards.5.
Meeting Leadership: Lead regular meetings with suppliers and direct clients to ensure alignment, address concerns, and facilitate continuous improvement in the staffing process.6.
Coordination: Collaborate with Scheduling/Back-Office teams to ensure smooth onboarding of locum/contracted providers.7.
Compliance Management: Conduct compliance checks and ensure that all staffing processes adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.9.
Rate Management: Consult and manage defined rate cards, ensuring competitive and fair rates for all roles.10.
Process Improvement: Assist in the development, definition, and continuous improvement of processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the VMS program.**Requirements**:1.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.2.
5+ years of experience in an MSP/VMS Program Manager or Assistant role, preferably in the healthcare sector.3.
7+ years of experience in Recruitment or a related field.4.
Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).5.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.6.
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks effectively.7.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.8.
Experience working with applicant-tracking systems (ATS) or vendor management systems (VMS) is preferred.9.
