.As a consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for Implementation, Configuration, administration and troubleshooting for Active Directory related activities as per the business and customer needs. Working with the team to provide support services.You should be experienced in the window's:Active Directory (Promotions, Cutovers and replication troubleshooting),DNS, DHCP, Vrops, NSX, VMWare and Vcenter administration,VM builds, patching activity and meeting the patch compliance,Cisco UCS hardware, ESXi host builds and configuration,HCI infrastructure, Datacenter Architecture Designs Solutions, MigrationsUsing high-level functional systems design, integration, documentation, and implementation methodologies on problems which require in-depth knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation and operational needs.Qualifications BasicCandidate must be located within Mexico or be willing to relocate to the area.Associate or bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 6 to 8 years of experience with the skill set mentioned belowPreferred to have certification in Microsoft Windows administration, certified in VMWare administration.Proficiency in configuration, implementation, administration, and troubleshootingSkillsVMware Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day support of the VMware environment for the assigned customer account(s).Good knowledge on UCS/HP hardware, build the ESXi hosts, good troubleshooting skillsMonitor the VMware environment following established guidelines.Implement Patching and upgrades of ESXi and connected VMware componentsDeep knowledge on NSX troubleshooting, install and configureCapable of pulling reports and creating new dashboards and automating them using VropsDeep knowledge in NSX load balancer with troubleshooting skills.Handle VMware configuration changes under established guidelines.Perform health checks of the VMware application and infrastructure environments.Perform VMware incident troubleshooting and mitigation actions.Open and manage 3rd-party support tickets for end-to-end Hardware & VMware incident management.Coordinate work with 3rd party vendors and Hitachi Vantara support teams.Ability to keep abreast on current technologySelf-motivated, project plannerExperience within the customer service area (preferably in a multinational organization)Understanding of cloud concepts and virtualization will be an assetWorking in a Hybrid modeAbout UsInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
