Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, we are looking for an organized warehouse manager to supervise the receipt, dispatching, and storage of merchandise in our warehouse. The warehouse manager will oversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions as well as monitor de supply performance to the production lines to support on time delivery to the internal and external customer. You will oversee, train, evaluate and reward staff. You will ensure the maintenance of company assets.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Area in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Operating within the approved budget and managing the warehouse staff activities to optimize resource utilization and determines corrective actions for cost-related issues as necessary.
• Improving warehouse operations using lean practices.
• Planning and optimizing warehouse utilization and inventory.
• Monitoring the storage, delivery, and dispatch of orders and keeping stock control systems up to date; and overseeing stock control and processing orders.
Qualifications for the role Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, industrial or similar engineering. 7 - 10 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor. SAP or Oracle management (Materials transactions). ISO 9001 knowledge desirable. Physical inventory, warehouse management, salary and hourly personnel management experience. Skills in controlling security, inventory integrity, improvement projects and inventory accuracy. Advanced / conversational English. Monitor and enhance inventory accuracy by controlling the internal inventory. White collar and blue collar personnel management. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt/Black Belt) desirable.
