Receipt of final materials for the project, through procedures established by the company, in order to provide material for the production department.- Dispatch of final materials for the project, through procedures established by the company, in order to provide material for the production department.
Attend meetings with Production / Operations to identify priorities.- Perform inventories of final materials for the project / operations, through procedures established by the company.- Coordination of machinery for discharging and loading for the mobilization of various materials received and dispatched and coordination with the warehouse personnel at the reception and dispatch of various materials.- Coordination of various materials reception and dispatch to construction.- Coordination of the segregation quarantine materials and the development of OSD report.- Coordination of storage materials in common as well as labeling and traceability control of the materials.- Coordination of cyclic inventories and highs and lows inventories.- Coordination and control of tools and tool control of subcontractors that are working in the yard of the company.
