Plans, directs and monitors all production activities within assigned area(s) to maximise the use of business resources and meet established overall production KPIs, including volume, cost, safety and quality measures. Operations are of mid-high level complexity (e.g. multiple shifts/lines/products). Works independently, within operational plans and policies; gives work instructions to and plans work for others.

Responsable del monitoreo de los indicadores del área, así como del cumplimiento de otros indicadores tales como de Seguridad, Calidad, Sustentabilidad, Medio Ambiente, Costos y Proyectos de Mejora del área. Garantizar la sostenibilidad del conocimiento y desarrollo del personal en el departamento.
