Wireless Customer Support EngineerApply to locations: GuadalajaraTime Type: Full timePosted on: Posted 3 Days AgoSummary:Provide highly technical support to customers around the world designing with NXP Wireless devices via email, phone, etc.Improve customer satisfaction by following up on client complaints.Collaborate with other teams to improve our offering, enhancing our customer's experience.Job Responsibility:Supporting business users on application incidents/changes requested on SW environment applications and infrastructure.Manage the global technical support infrastructure for the products under your responsibility.Provide technical support, consultancy, and guidance to customers during the system definition phase.Support the development activities of the customer, based on international and local standards.Support with technical expertise and customer input the development activities of the NXP internal application projects.Support technical design-in and lead customer projects.Provide technical product trainings to customers.Work closely with engineering to scope, create, edit, and publish hardware documentation necessary for worldwide customers to design systems using NXP processors. Manage technical customer support activities, including remote and on-site customer support and sometimes calls with the NXP internal teams.Follow up on customer complaints about NXP documentation, software, or hardware within the support scopes.Work with a global team and perform the different tasks to develop the technical skills of the protocol assigned to the engineer according to the level.Job Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Electronic Information Engineering, or equivalent experience.Familiar with software on embedded platforms (Embedded C).Interest and willingness to work with embedded processors.Curiosity into how modules work in a system and understanding such modules to solve an issue.Interest in hardware evaluation boards, board support packages, kernels, and images (Linux).Familiar with programming embedded MCUs and RTOS.Knowledge of interfaces like UART, SDIO, I2C, SPI, etc.Familiar with ARM microcontrollers and/or microprocessors.Able to work independently, be self-motivated, equipped with a good team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, and a creative problem solver.Passion for building business skillset while also furthering your technical expertise.Independent, self-motivated, and willing to drive for results.Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to complete assignments, resourcefulness to find answers, and solve problems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
