**Your role**
- Would you like to help us enhance our client experience, now and for the future? Are you client orientated with high-risk awareness?
- We're looking for a WM Operations & Onboarding Analyst to:
- perform daily 4-eye check of market trades and monitor unaffirmed trades
- manage transactional and documentation queries from counterparties, front office and finance
- ensure control processes and procedures for reconciliation and payments comply with our standards, policies and regulatory requirements
- support clients, regulatory and audit requirements on a regular and ad-hoc basis
- provide support to internal and external clients with reporting and ad-hoc projects including process review and changes
- responsible for the life cycle of client information files administered by Data & Documents
**Your team**
- You'll be working with the Operations & Onboarding WM Team in Mexico. We are responsible for accurate and timely processing of transactions and events, including booking and handling of queries. As a client data and process specialist, you will play a key role in making sure our processes are compliant and positive for our clients.
**Your expertise**
- bachelors degree or equivalent in banking, business administration, finance, or a related field
- minimum 2 years' experience in an operations and onboarding environment
- understanding of trade lifecycle, products and client setup
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
- collaborator with strong business analytical and problem solving skills
- service oriented, organized, and able to adjust communication style to audience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
