When you add that to the challenges we take on and solve together, you'll discover that at HARMAN you can grow, make a difference and be proud of the work you do every day.Working closely with both our end users and the HR Technology Team you will be the interface providing support to effectively and efficentily resolve Workday issues.This role requires a collaborative, detailed, solution and customer focused approach**What You Will Do**- Assist in the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of the items raised by the end users- Assist with communication and testing- Assist in answering tickets and support end users with training- Serve as an escalation resource for Tier 1 & 2 issues- Review information to ensure data integrity; edit input documents for accuracy and monitor output for system problems- Provide operational and project support to Lead Analysts**What You Need**- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, with a preferred concentration in Business, Technology Services, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.- 3+ years of experience with Workday Human Capital Management, or other HR Systems, preferably in multiple areas- A strong understanding of HR processes- Be willing to obtain and maintain Workday certification in their specified SKU, if not already certified- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.- Ability to quickly react and adapt to changing priorities- Ability to translate the technical requirements to business needs and vice versa- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including how to use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and other functions necessary to conduct ad-hoc data audits**What is Nice to Have**- 2+ years of practical Workday Administration experience- Workday certifications- Working knowledge of all Workday systems (e.G. Core HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.)- High proficiency in making decisions and proposing quality solutions and answers to issues by conducting research, gathering extensive data, and working with configuration team for solutions**What Makes You Eligible**- Be willing to travel up to 5%, domestic only OR domestic and international travel- Be willing to work in an [office, manufacturing facility, client-site, home office] in Juarez
