Partners with business management to understand business needs, develops and recommends optimal workforce plans, and develops the processes for implementing plans across all company business groups and global functions.
Conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses of financial and workforce data, external factors and trends in workforce strategy.
Develops standardized business and human capital analytics and the processes to meet deliverables, establishes data management practices, and monitors the implementation progress of workforce plans throughout the organization.Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.
Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
