The job consists of managing all admission and orientation processes for both Direct and Agencies channels to achieve enrollment targets.The Admission Specialist will deal with the daily management of the information and orientation processes to support the prospective students to enroll in collaboration with the Admission Office of the assigned Schools and to support the agencies to speed the enrolment process up.**Key purpose of the role**- Orientation & Admission Processing: To manage the information requests both online and offline, working on conversion processes- To support the Admission Offices of Istituto Marangoni Schools to get the correct documents and all the relevant information useful to close the enrollment process.- Supporting and monitoring their full customer journey and supporting applicants in the relevant VISA process.- To support the sales marketing activities such as fairs or events to promote Istituto Marangoni's image and courses, using also CRM techniques- To be the contact point for targeted American agencies- To prepare accurate and detailed reports when required- To maintain regular communication with the administration office while coordinating with other departments as needed to facilitate processes**Education and skills**- Bachelor's Degree in Business- Minimum 3/4 years of experience in similar roles- Experienced in creating reports and database management- Knowledge of Salesforce, the Microsoft package and Mac system- Excellent Spanish and English (written and spoken).- Customer Portfolio and Customer Service Responsibility- Personal skills: ability to work under pressure, flexibility to travel, teamwork skills, commercial approach, organization and attention to details- To be proactive in highlighting critical situations and suggesting potential solutions- Occasional travels to attend local fairs
