#BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionPrime FunctionAssist the Housekeeping Manager in managing and directing all Housekeeping activities in the hotel to ensure that the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained, along with high service and cleaning standards.Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding Housekeeping service and equipment, taking corrective action as needed.Establish standards and procedures for the work of the Housekeeping team and plan work schedules to ensure adequate service.Direct and control the Housekeeping operations and staff of the Housekeeping department.Any matter which may affect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.QualificationsEDUCATION & SKILLSCollege degree preferred with emphasis in Hospitality.Ability to speak English.Computer knowledge (Windows platform).EXPERIENCEAt least 2 years' experience in a supervisory/management position in Housekeeping.Hospitality experience preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
