**RESPONSIBILITIES**The sales operation person must guarantee the fluidity of the operation and, therefore, inventory management and processing of orders placed are essential so that the operation does not "crash".**Responsibilities**:- Order management and ERP integrations- Inventory Management Mercado Libre- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers- Report to management all website issues, client feedback and other opportunities for improvement- Support forecasting planning and product availability- Decision making focused on User Experience excellence.- Continues search and improvement for business & customer centric opportunities.- Employee Sale (online) planning and execution.- Operation excellence - green reputation Mercado Libre- Conciliation alignment: sales, fulfillment orders, returns, Po's accountability.**REQUIREMENTS**Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience in eCommerce operations or customer support for eCommerce role.Experience with Mercado Libre's platformStrong customer Obsessive mentality.Must have strong analytics skillsGood communication/team skillGood Knowledge of Ecommerce E2E process,Acknowledge in ERP and Platform managementEnjoys and is good at solving problemsExperience leading with third partnersEager to Learn
