**The Role**
The BCP Lead is responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the business continuation, disaster recovery and incident management plans across all Clip and its subsidiaries and products in compliance with local regulations and requirements.
**What will I be doing?
**
- Develop and document BCP, DRP and incident management policies and processes, meeting regulation requirements
- Coordinate the implementation of the BCP, DRP and incident management plans and practices
- Schedule and run multiple tests scenarios on BCP and DRP
- Coordinate trigger, execution of BCP & DRP upon an event
- Active participating on internal and third-party audits around BCP, DRP and Incident Management
- Report incidents to the corresponding authorities
- aduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science
- 3+ years in a similar role
- In-depth understanding of Banxico, CNBV regulations on Business Continuation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary and complex groups (especially around technology)
- In-depth understanding of Mexico's regulation around BCP coming from CNBV, Banxico among other parties
- Good understanding of ISO models
