Zendesk is looking for a dynamic and organized brand manager who has a passion for storytelling to oversee and coordinate our brand campaign initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand management, project management principles, a bias for action, and the ability to rally a collaborative spirit amongst cross-functional teams.What you'll be doingBrand Management: Lead and manage brand projects with internal and external partners from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns to ensure organizational and company goals are met.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in close coordination with cross-functional stakeholders and teams to steward brand efforts, gathering insight, input, and assets to be leveraged in storytelling efforts.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, making recommendations for adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth.Stakeholder Communication: Present brand strategies and performance updates to senior management and other stakeholders.What you bring to the roleQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.6+ years of experience in brand management, project management, or a related role.Strong project management skills with experience using project management tools (e.G., Asana, Trello, or similar).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Experienced in agency/vendor management.Possess an ethos of "getting things done."
