Our virtual team members work exclusively to supercharge guest services, reservations, marketing, bookkeeping, IT support, and other core business functions.To exclusively work for one of our partners, we are looking for a **Business Development Representative**, who is experienced in **Multifamily **Industry and will use **Yardi Matrix **as the CRM tool.**Responsibilities**:- Maintain a pipeline of new business; following up on leads with potential buyers and sellers- Track documentation on closed and open deals; complete all due diligence required- Potential career expansion into construction/maintenance paperwork and follow-ups**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- Flawless English language skills- Hands on experience with Yardi Matrix- Confident and knowledgable on Multifamily terms-being articulate on the topic is a must-have- Familiarity with the terms like Cap Rate, Affordability and Effective Gross Income, among other related terms in the Multifamily industry**Salary**: $1,700.00 - $2,000.00 per year
