Responsible to develop best practices for all critical areas of sales, merchandising and distribution management. Identify, develop and exploit new profit opportunities.Responsibilities:Universal AccountabilitiesAccountable for annual volume, revenue and long-term goals in Honduras and El Salvador.Identify and exploit new profit through Distributor Management acumen.Optimum exposure targets of products availability and visibility.Account Profitability in Key Accounts.Customer service levels in Key Accounts.Alignment of Commercial and Business terms with corporate financial goals.Develop the DTT distribution network in the market.Specific AccountabilitiesDevelopment of annual sales and distribution plans for the distributors.Participates in Annual business plan, Marketing, and sales Meetings.Accountable for the volume – GM and OP for the markets.Accountable for strategic KPI´s (Sell Out, Sell In, Inventory level and fill rate of the distributors).Analyzes the market to identify opportunities to improve company position.Identifies and develops new opportunities in DTT and Modern Trade Channel to improve business growth and adaptability to market changes.Works with Marketing and ITD to develop customized trade activities to leverage marketing programs.Ensures high level of brands availability and visibility.Achieve the profit and ensures that distributors discounts and pricing are align with commercial company terms.Developing business and ensure good customer relations/partnerships.Work in the annual negotiation agreements with Key Accounts.Ensures that all merchandising and promotional account agreements are align with company policies and commercial terms approved by the Business Director.Work in the field making account calls and retail store audits and participates with the Commercial Team in special and periodic market visits.Ensures follow up over account with due balances and its coordination with Credit - A/R (COE) for its immediate collection.Ensures all reports to the Business Director are completed in a timely and quality manner.Prepares total expense budget for the account and ensures that specific budgets are established by distributor and expenses are effectively managed
