Business Support Controller Industry

KEY ACTIVITIES:

- Fulfillment of obligations of Service Level Agreement (SLA / OLA)
- Portfolio of reports, scorecards and requests.
- Formats and items necessary to develop reforecasts (CRI).
- First-level analysis of collected data (results and forecasts).
- Participation in Projects to improve process
- Promotion of the standardization of methods and procedures, and support for customer entities with the progress actions adopted in the Shared Service
- Business continuity: progress facility, quality guaranty, quality obtention, training and tutoring.
Details:
1.
Monthly closing.
Deliverables: Scorecard defined yearly: deadlines and quality, Action register in Planner of issues presented during closing and follow up

2.
Indicator analysis and corrective actions.
Deliverables: Variances analysis

Monitoring of corrective actions: Identify the root cause of the problems and participate in the solution of the problem (do proposal action looking for improvements)

3.
Level of Service with the plants: Deliverables: Quality review by Quater: Service Level Agreements

4.
Respect of Internal Control policy.
Deliverables: Support the Business Partner Controller and the plants to gather information for Internal control process.
Respect all Group procedures for Std Cost process

5.Guarantee a good referential process yearly.
Deliverables: Data quality attending the Group doc de Base.
6.Guarantee the continuity plan of the team.
Respect the polyvalence plan defined by the manager

7.
Forecast process: Support Business Partner Controller in operational data creation for Forecast process in the period requested by the activity

**Requirements**:
Excellent analytical and numerical skills

English is a must

Accounting degree or related

Accounting/financial knowledge

Focused on details

Stable and compromised
