**The Role**
- To provide full administrative support to the Global ODD Team, including diary management for Global Head and rest of team, travel arrangements, expense management, drafting and sending internal and external documents, to confidently deal with telephone calls, enquiries and other administrative related matters as requested
- Demonstrating natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Co-ordination of client and internal meetings to include all logistics and time zones
- To provide project management support to include maintenance of pipeline, meeting & report trackers, management of audit process, assisting with data collection, maintenance of risk data, facilitating client queries
- Use of client information systems and preparation of client reports for client meetings
- Build strong relationships internally and with client representatives
- Delivering support that meets or exceeds expectations
- Uploading documents and information to internal databases
- Assist in the production of MS Word and PowerPoint documents
- Ensure that all documents conform to house style
**The Requirements**
- Strong written and verbal English skills and a demonstrated ability to interact (requisite)
- Self-starter with initiative and a can-do attitude, able to work autonomously with mínimal supervision; results oriented
- Pro-active, efficient, responsive and a good team player
- Proven ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks to successfully meet deadlines
- Good written communication and people skills
- Proficient and confident in using MS Office to include PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams, a quick learner of online tools and systems
- Flexibility to work outside core business hours from time to time to support global team
