Beyond olive oil, Deoleo products include premium vinegars and the finest table olives available.**What are we looking for?**We are looking for and ambitious and talented profile to join our Commercial Department as **Carbonell LatAM Brand Manager****Role Mission (KPIs/ Dimensions)**- Assure brand's 3Yr Strategic Plan execution through its cascade down to annual Brand Marketing Plans development addressing brand key challenges to drive growth at key markets.- Coordinate LatAm's marketing strategy to assure brand's consistency across the region leveraging on key markets' local learnings and possible synergies among them.- Consistently monitoring and analyzing brand's KPIs performance to understand its development and identify additional opportunities at key markets.- Lead and drive brand's key initiatives with cross-functional local & Global/international teams to ensure marketing & business objectives achievement.- Collaborate with Global and international team of Brand Coalition to share and learn best practices and generate synergies.**KPIs**:- Brand KPIs- Billing and volume- Market share**Key Functions**:- Develop annual marketing plans based on consumer, market and brand analysis assuring its flawless execution and consistency with brand's positioning across key markets.- Design and coordinate short/medium - term activation initiatives with commercial and trade marketing teams to capitalize quick wins while assuring consumer centric plans implementation and brand consistency across all consumer touch points.- Manage and coordinate with cross-functional Global/international teams brand's innovation projects development to deliver agreed innovation plan.- Consistently review, analyze and evaluate internal and external data (sell in/out, Nielsen, ISCAM, category/brand info, local market trends, competitors' activity) to identify either additional opportunities or improvement areas
