Develop and execute the long-term investment strategy aligned with growth and profitability goals.
Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in Class A industrial properties, ensuring strategic expansion of the portfolio.
Evaluate and select strategic locations for new industrial developments, focusing on proximity to labor, infrastructure, highways, key logistics centers, accessibility for international supply chains and quality of life.
Coordinate with technical teams to validate the suitability of selected sites and ensure compliance with infrastructure and regulatory requirements.
Lead the design and development of Class A industrial facilities, ensuring each project aligns with quality standards and the specific needs of the international market.
Supervise the preparation of detailed budgets and cost strategies to optimize the profitability of each investment.
Direct the acquisition process of land and industrial properties, negotiating favorable terms and conditions with owners and intermediaries.
Conduct rigorous financial analysis and due diligence to assess risks and opportunities for each transaction.
Coordinate with local authorities and providers to ensure timely availability and procurement of necessary electrical, hydraulic, and natural gas infrastructure for industrial developments.
Identify and develop strategic relationships with investors, banks, and potential partners to structure joint ventures that drive growth and expansion of the portfolio.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with international companies interested in leasing industrial
Oversee the management and valuation of the asset portfolio, implementing strategies to continuously enhance the value of existing properties and optimize financial performance.
Implement robust systems and reporting mechanisms to monitor the pipeline of acquisition and development projects.
Prepare regular reports for the executive committee and shareholders, effectively communicating progress and financial outcomes.
Perfil buscado
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced studies preferred.
Minimum of 10 years in industrial real estate investments with proven experience in the development and management of Class A industrial projects.
Excellent analytic, financial, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments under pressure.
