You will guide our clients as we set up our technical service after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.

As a **Client Account Manager & Inside Sales Associate**, you should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. You should also be results-driven and aspire to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, you should be able to provide technical, product, and business knowledge to support our onboarding process and strengthen customer relationships through oversight of our support team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct monthly client meetings to review Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and confirm system functionality
- Address product-related queries promptly
- Train customers to effectively use our products
- Communicate customers feedback to developers to identify potential new features or products
- Report on product performance and propose solutions to reduce support costs
- Analyze customers needs and suggest upgrades or additional features
- Collaborate with the leadership team to win new business and increase sales
- Establish best practices through SOPs & Quality Assurance implementations
- Track clients monthly KPI scores to ensure continuous improvement
- Quarterly Business Review
- Primary liaison between company and client
- Upsell additional services
- System training when needed
**Qualifications**:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies, specifically High-level and WordPress
- Familiarity with software and front-end development
- Ability to understand customers needs and offer timely solutions
- Excellent verbal (English) and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tech, sales, and marketing savvy a plus
- Background in new home, remodeling or real estate sales a plus
**Additional Details**:
- Location: Full-time position (40 hours/week) with a long-term US-based company.
- This is a virtual position.
