Serve as an agent of change promoting cultural transformation for the adoption of lean manufacturing practices and six sigma as part of the environment and production processes.- Develop and maintain Continuous Improvement programs that include Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM), DMAIC problem solving methodology, 6S, Value Stream Management (VSM) planning and the implementation of lean manufacturing methods.- Implement a grassroots employee-led improvement program to drive and document "just do it" improvements on the production floor.- Lead and / or coordinate a wide variety of identified and approved initiatives and projects designed to improve processing time, flexibility, quality and added value.- Conduct cost, quality, productivity, flow, value stream mapping and root cause analysis studies.- Conduct operational audits to identify areas of opportunity.- Responsible to implement Lean Kaizen events in plant.- Identify and recommend initiatives and opportunities for improvement throughout the company.- Train employees, as needed, in all aspects of lean manufacturing, high-performance work teams, and continuous improvement. Implement a new-hire CI orientation on Lean, Flow, 6S tools and 8 wastes.- **REQUIREMENTS**_- Bachelor Degree- +3 Years of experience leading Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma projects- Black Belt certification is preferable- Strong organization, planning and time management skills.- Experience in working with world-class business principles, lean manufacturing techniques, implementation and maintenance of a production system, and significant change management effort.- Electronic Manufacturing Environment knowledge is preferable- Extensive experience in leadership of cross-functional teams.- Proficient in MS Office and project management software, specifically strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with statistical software (e.G.
