**Job Summary**The Corporate Revenue Manager and Task Force General Manager is a strategic corporate-level position responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies across all three hotels.
In addition, this role requires stepping in as the Acting General Manager at any of our properties when a vacancy arises, ensuring seamless operational continuity and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**Revenue Management- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and ADR (Average Daily Rate).- Data Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and historical data to inform pricing and inventory decisions.- Forecasting: Prepare accurate forecasts to guide budgeting and financial planning processes.- Channel Management: Optimize distribution channels, including OTA partnerships and brand websites, to maximize visibility and bookings.- Reporting: Generate regular revenue performance reports and present actionable insights to senior leadership.Task Force General Manager Duties- Operational Leadership: Assume the role of Acting General Manager during vacancies, overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.- Guest Relations: Maintain high standards of guest services, promptly addressing concerns and implementing improvement initiatives.- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with brand standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.- Financial Management: Oversee property-level budgeting, cost control, and financial performance metrics.
**Qualifications**- Brand Knowledge: Familiarity with Choice Hotels, Hilton, and Marriott brand standards and revenue systems.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in revenue management software (e.G., Hilton GRO, IDeaS, etc.)
