In this role, you will be able to Planning and execution of Marketing strategies in line with the Global guideline for key Abrasives portfolios.Lead tactics to ensure demand generation and increased market penetration for key Abrasives product portfolio through different marketing channels (AOEMS, Industrial Channels, Hardware Channel, Robotics and Automation, End User).The impact you will make in this role- Responsible for the leadership of the Marketing Plan for Mexico (alignment with global strategy, definition of activities, execution of activities).- Budget management, ensuring the use of the budget with the highest return and capitalization for the business.- Monitoring results in the execution of the plan, refining improvement points, and replicating best practices to accelerate sales.- Demand planning based on Programs and portfolios.- Connect market opportunities with the activation of key actions in Marketing, segment management, and partnerships.- Align and ensure the penetration of the 3M Abrasives strategy with support areas in the execution (Sales Channel, Marketing Channel, Commercial Operations).- Executive presentation of results and key actions to the local, and global team.- Program Leader to represent LATAM (alignment of information, strategy, definition of materials, and key actions).- Implementation of key actions in the Digital environment for lead generation, E2E model in B2B.- Review important materials for the execution of marketing activities and link with tactics to go to market.- Know key products of 3M Abrasives to propose actions to increase marketing.- Validate in the industry the implementation of marketing activities, take the voice of the customer, and promote improvements.Your Skills and Expertise- Business and Marketing Education (Marketing or Engineering degree).- Excellence in marketing disciplines (price, portfolio, end-user, channel, communication), +6 years of experience B2B.- Strong skills in communication to engage sales teams with products, programs, promotions, etc.- Affinity for B2B marketing linked to generating business results.- Data analysis and implementation of actions with the information.- Available for short travels inside Mexico- Advanced EnglishAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:- Critical and strategic thinking.- Working in a multidisciplinary environment.- Strategic reaction to market changes.- Prioritization and focus.- Background in products that required value proposition and technical demonstration, and industrial products knowledge.Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially
